**Return and Refund Policy**
At Imperial Array, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return unworn, unwashed items with all tags still attached within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
**How to Initiate a Return**
- Contact our customer service team at contactimperialarray@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item(s) with the original tags and packaging included.
- Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
**Refund Process**
- Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- If approved, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment within 20 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
**Exchanges**
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll provide a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
**Non-Returnable Items**
- Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
